MARTIN ORZINSKI
Martin is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Orzinski Consulting. Having spent more than 13 years in supply chain roles for Coca-Cola Amatil, a global leader in the FMCG industry, Martin is uniquely positioned to analyse all aspects of manufacturing operations and find solutions to improve efficiency and drive cost reduction for his clients.
Now an independent consultant, Martin is passionate about achieving operational excellence at all points in supply chain so that the business performs at its optimum level. With an analytical and experienced eye, he is able to deduce where there may be inefficiencies or inflated costs in a client’s operations, and propose solutions that will lead to rapid and meaningful change.
His proven track record makes him a trusted advisor for his clients, who recognise the value of his industry experience and his career-long passion for all aspects of operations, manufacturing and supply-chain management.
Having led a team of more than 1000 employees as the Australian Director of Operations with Coca-Cola Amatil, Martin is able to map out scenarios that are applicable on any scale and at a local, national or international level. Martin led the Coca Cola Amatil operations teams including Quality and Environment through crises including bushfires and COVID-19. He also achieved significant reductions in conversion costs, implemented new Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE), and introduced new sustainability initiatives.
Martin holds a Doctorate in Biotechnology from VLB & University Berlin, Germany, and a Master’s in Engineering (Brewing Science & Drink Technology) from the University of Berlin, Germany.

Michael joined Orzinski Consulting as a Partner in 2022, specialising in Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Management. With more than 20 years of experience in senior Supply Chain roles, Michael is able to confidently identify Procurement issues and opportunities, and advise clients on how to reduce costs and increase efficiencies to drive profit margins. Michael has specialist expertise in the Automotive industry.
Prior to joining his brother Martin in Orzinski Consulting, Michael was President and CEO for EMEA with Joyson Safety Systems. In this role he was responsible for Strategy and P&L for EMEA, overseeing 15 manufacturing facilities in the region. Michael managed all Purchasing, R&D/Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Finance and Sales.
Michael’s previous roles include CPO for Joyson Safety Systems, VP Procurement for thyssenkrupp Presta AG, Head of Purchasing (Brakes) for Continental, and Global Commodity Lead Buyer (Castings) BorgWarner Inc.
In his role with Orzinski Consulting, Michael immerses himself in a client’s business and works closely with their own team on their transformation journey.
In his personal time, Michael enjoys cycling with his road bike and spending time with his family.
